LITERALLY: First steps for my virtual game

Since a few mornings ago, I’ve been weaving in and out of illustrating, and animating, some ideas for the word-game “LITERALLY”. For those unfamiliar, it’s a game sitting somewhere on the fence between pictionary and charades, and has scope to be enjoyed individually on a mobile, or with friends via board game, app or TV show.

I shared the ideas and tests through social media, which gave me a good idea of the interest (and the accidental COMPLEXITY) of the game.

Today I’ve set up an Instagram account, with levels 1-3, complete with additional illustrative help and various letter hints.

It’s my intention to pitch this idea as a mobile app, once I’ve developed the concept, complexity, design and animation to a point of content, which could still be a long while…

For now, here’s the instagram link to the page, the tag is @literallythegame - it’s literally the game for you.

Any feedback you have, I’d love to hear from you! There’s a little form I’m placing below especially.

Ooh, here’s one for you:
